- All transactions are final. Ponyville Cider Fest reserves the right to revoke any badge for any reason.
- A full list of rules can be found online and at customer service.
- Attendees must present a valid state or government-issued ID to claim their badge at the convention or bring a parent or guardian whose ID matches the address or last name on file.
- Valid forms of ID are: Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID.
- Children under 14 years of age at the time of the convention must be supervised by an adult.
- Ponyville Cider Fest is not responsible for minors left unattended.
- A separate registration form must be filled out for each child under six, even though they are admitted free of charge.
- Badges must be visible in order to gain entry to events.
- A valid ID is required to gain admittance to any 18+ event.
- We are not responsible for badges with misspelled or incorrect names due to illegible handwriting.
- Ponyville Cider Fest will NOT change badge names once they are entered into our system.
- Additionally, Ponyville Cider Fest reserves the right to refuse to print offensive badge names.
- We reserve the right to film, take photos of and/or make recordings of attendees during the convention for sale or promotional use.
- Ponyville Cider Fest will not share your personal information.
- Acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement are given with payment for a badge.
- Badges are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- By signing this registration form, you agree to follow Ponyville Cider Fest rules and policies and that you are a legal adult, or, if over 15, that you confirm that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to attend Ponyville Cider Fest.
